Our course will teach you everything you need to know about this exciting career prospect, from specialized social skills and protocols to the professional image you’ll need to project in order to succeed in the high-powered world of corporate promotions. Topics include the role of hostesses and hosts; rules of social etiquette; welcoming and greeting; introductions; comportment and personal presentation; serving food; and appropriate dress for different occasions. The impact of the first impression made by a hostess and the importance of effective client communication will be explained by an expert psychologist. Participants in this course will also learn how to prepare for a job interview when applying for work in this field.
